Terms & Conditions

All bookings will be formally accepted upon receipt of deposit. Deposits will be non-refundable on cancellation of accommodation.

Weekly cottage hire periods start and finish on Saturday. Farmhouse start and finish on Friday except by prior arrangement. New arrivals can gain access from 3.00p.m. Properties will be unlocked and key in back of door. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on departure day.

Due to the close proximity of a working farm, pets only with insurance please. Pets are not to be left unattended in properties and must be kept on a lead whilst on site.

Full payment of balance is due six weeks prior to arrival. This is non- refundable.

Over occupancy of properties is unacceptable.

Properties must be left clean and tidy.

Please note prices do not include cancellation insurance.
