Watergate (16/5 -23/5) Lovely accommodation, perfect for our needs and well equipped, can’t fault anything. Loved Cornwall – even those little scary roads!!!!

St Merryn perfect re shop, lovely bakery, Friar Tucks chippy. For beaches, Harlyn Bay is nice (PL8 8SQ) for Sat Nav, but Constantine Bay is much better – turn left at St Merryn crossroads by the petrol station, then turn right past houses, follow road round sharp left hand bend (Trevose Golf club on your right) see sign past the surf shop. Lovely coffee booth on the beach. Padstow was nice but we went to St Ives – so,so much better. Huge car park on the hill 1,000 spaces – but has shuttle bus every 10 mins into the town (they take the dogs too!). Tintagel was nice, but very, very steep & lots of steps. Perranporth was great – more dogs than people! Lost Gardens of Heligan were lovely & we had lunch at Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor. Everywhere so dog friendly which was great and made trips worth while.

Watergate – The first time I have visited Cornwall and will definitely be back. I have fallen in love with this part of the Country!

A wonderful week has been had by all. Been to some beautiful bays & beaches. Think our favourite has been Mawgan Porth

Some amazing meals were also had, highly recommend The Cornish Arms (Rick Stein), The Pickwick Inn & The Farmers Arms (the later two – very welcoming and friendly)

Lovely cottage, 4 adults and 3 fur babies all fit very comfortably here. I have left a separate note as I have knocked over a small square glass vase in bedroom while opening a drawer and it smashed. I’m so sorry! Please use these details to contact me should you need to regarding this     Becky, Michael & Max (boxer), Purley, Surrey 2nd – 9th May 2015
