Holidays All Year Round.

One of the finest self-catering accommodation centres in the north of Cornwall. Close to the coastal town of Padstow, Treginegar Farmhouse and 6 Self Catering Cottages are set in a peaceful rural setting in St. Merryn and are available for holiday breaks through out the year.
The Proprietors, Pete & Julie Wellen and Rob & Tracey Cleary hope to welcome you, your friends and family to our holiday farmhouse and cottages.

Location

The appeal of Treginegar must surely be its location ~ the coastline is spectacular, its proximity to all of Cornwall's finest attractions, and abundance of leisure and sporting facilities nearby ensure everyone is happy!! For our energetic guests there are numerous coastal & country walks, cycling along 'The Camel Trail' at nearby Wadebridge, surfing, sailing, windsurfing and golfing - the championship Trevose Golf Course, is just 2 miles away. The area is of outstanding natural beauty and popular with ornithologists, artists and photographers. The 'Eden Project' and the 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' also make an enjoyable day trip. Treginegar's location is an ideal base to explore Cornwall, with all Cornish locations less than one hour away

Local Position

Treginegar is situated near to a working farm with both countryside and sea views. There is a small static, and touring caravan park nearby with a small site shop selling fresh farm eggs for breakfast, and ice-cream to enjoy in the sun! The sea and countryside views are wonderful, with some of the most breathtaking sunsets you'll ever see. The properties are located at the end of a long private drive, making it very safe for children, as well as peaceful and quiet.
One of the benefits of Treginegar cottages is their wheelchair friendly approach and accommodation. Level access, light and spacious, open plan accommodation, with either 'wet' shower room or bathroom. Please indicate your preference when booking
All properties are located 1 mile outside the village of St. Merryn, 4 miles from the picturesque harbour of Padstow, and 12 miles from Newquay. Treginegar benefits from a rural setting, yet within easy reach of some of Cornwall's finest beaches ~ St. Merryn boasts the very appropriate slogan of "7 Bays for 7 Days"
Please enjoy visiting our other web pages, especially the photo gallery - none of us pretend to be photographers, but hopefully they will give you some insight to Treginegar and its surrounding area.
