flooring throughout.
There is a modern
log burner in the
lounge area and wall
mounted/
thermostat/timed
convector heaters
throughout the
property.
A back door leads
onto a private
decked area with
table and seating. A
side lawn area has a
washing line, and a
communal ‘wet tub’
for rinsing wet
suits and laundry
room with coin
operated washing
machine and tumble
dryer are nearby.
A selection of beach
goods, i.e. Body
boards, buckets &
spades, wind shields
are available to use
free of charge
throughout your
stay, and are
situated in the
laundry room. Please
use and return for
others. These items
are obviously
available on a
‘first come, first
serve’ basis.
An allocated parking
space is situated
approximately
60meters from the
property with extra
communal parking
